Think The Office set to music. The Water Coolers delivers a high powered, laugh-out-loud combination of sketch comedy and music about what we go through just making each day happen: life, work, kids, husbands, wives, travel, technology and trying to balance them all.

E! Entertainment Television calls this hilarious act “the hottest ticket in town!” the New York Times exclaims, "Office life's loss is show business's gain!" and The Miami Herald raved that The Water Coolers show is “like a big thumbs up at a shareholders meeting!” The group has been making audiences laugh since 2000 with their unique blend of music and comedy performed by top Broadway singers and comedians.

They enjoyed a smash engagement Off-Broadway in 2002 (produced by one of the producers behind HAIRSPRAY, SPAMALOT, and THE PRODUCERS) and major productions in Chicago and Miami followed.  Their writing team is made up of professional comedy writers and people working in the “real world” and is headed up by one of the creators and co-authors behind New York’s longest running comedy hit ever, TONY ‘N TINA’S WEDDING.  See what made one magazine writer exclaim, “I laughed so hard my cheeks hurt.” The Water Coolers were recognized as a 2007 Event Solutions Entertainer of the Year Finalist.

The act was created specifically for the meetings industry although we’ve also enjoyed a smash Off‐Broadway run and continue to tour theatres around the U.S.

The Core Act ‐ The Water Coolers specialize in comedy songs and sketches about work, life and everything in between. Kids, cars, computers, daycare, and deadlines ‐‐ if you've talked about it around the water cooler, odds are we have a hilarious song about it. We take the time to truly understand each audience and choose a set list from our material that best fits that audience, while supporting meeting objectives.

The Award Show ‐ Award Shows can be created to order, but we do offer two packages – Gold and Silver – to help clients understand our options & pricing (inquire for details on these packages).

Hosting [add‐on option] ‐ Clients provide the script – we provide the professional actors to host the program, giving the event a motor that provides momentum and clarity often difficult to achieve without a dedicated MC.

Daytime Impact ‐ Hire us to enhance a meeting’s daytime program. We collaborate with the client to understand the meeting’s goals and where we fit into the program. Use us to warm up, refocus, refresh, and energize your audience so they hear the message the client needs them to hear.

For an additional premium you can ask us to write material specifically for the event – from a song to a whole set. Customization prices are based on specific client needs and may require significant lead time. The Water Coolers’ comedy is never inappropriate. Their staff CMP will work with you to understand the organization’s culture so the comedy is killer funny without ever crossing the line.

In addition to office culture, the Water Coolers' standard show includes sketches and songs about traffic, Facebook, selling giftwrap for your child’s school, our obsession with our PDAs, etc. The material has played well with audiences as varied as healthcare, retail, HVAC dealers, construction organizations, and local chambers of commerce.
