So after you hire me, I’ll research your company. Then, I’ll interview you and your key decision-makers to help me understand the goals and objectives for my talk. Finally, travel permitting, I arrive the afternoon before I speak to get a flavor for the event. Time permitting, I’ll attend any sessions scheduled for late afternoon and evening.
